The thinking behind its creation was to reduce the cost, size and hassle of owning a real wood-fired oven, and since its launch Uuni has become the definitive tool for outdoors, and fun show-stopper is guaranteed to be a welcome addition to any garden or outdoor kitchen.

We are very excited to announce the evolution of the highly acclaimed Uuni 2S, with the launch of the latest mode: Uuni 3. New for Spring 2017, the shiny new improved model boasts a range of design and technical modifications on the inside and out, to enhance its incredible performance. If you like pizza – you’re in for a real treat.

What’s new with the Uuni 3?

Extreme Heat

The new Uuni 3 reaches up to 500°C / 932°F in just 10 minutes, and can cook authentic wood-fired pizza in an incredible 60 seconds – 1-2 minutes faster than the Uuni 2S. The patent-pending oven runs on wood pellets which are both energy-dense and inexpensive. It’s also not just for pizza; you can cook flat breads, salmon, vegetables, steaks or anything that enjoys short cooking times – the possibilities are endless!

Improved Design

The new model fuses the brand’s distinguished Nordic design with a number of exciting new features. To kick things off, the body of the Uuni 3 is insulated which improves efficiency and regulation of temperature. There’s a new Grate and Hopper to load the wood pellets in, which provides a simpler and more efficient method of controlling pellet flow and temperatures inside the Uuni, enabling consistent cooking. Finally, Uuni 3 takes inspiration from the camera tripod, utilising three legs (instead of four) and wider feet. This clever design modification gives the Uuni greater stability on uneven surfaces and makes Uuni-ing in the great outdoors even easier than ever before!

Enhanced Portability

Uuni 3 has a unique new Chimney Lock mechanism, making it easier than ever to pack up Uuni and use it on the go. Just like the 2S, Uuni 3 is made from stainless steel, enabling it to be used outdoors all year round. The cover bag makes the oven truly portable, as well as providing protection from the elements.

The Uuni 3 is compatible with the forthcoming Uuni Gas Burner, allowing more versatility and ease of use in your Uuni experience.
